These can also be filtered by choosing a category from the \u201cAll Saved\u201d drop-down menu.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Where are my recordings saved<\/h3>\n<p>Recordings are saved in the cloud.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>What is the difference between \u201cMine\u201d and \u201cProvider\u201d recordings?<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cMine\u201d are personal recordings that you have set and which count against your subscription plan of maximum storage hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProvider\u201d are recordings made available by your service provider and do not count toward your subscription plan of maximum storage hours.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Please explain the recording status bar at the top of the Saved menu.<\/h3>\n<p>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;1012806&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p>There is an allotted amount of storage time available per account, which is determined by your subscription plan with your service provider.<\/p>\n<p>The status bar indicates how many hours of storage have been used, relative to the available hours in your plan.\u00a0 Your personal recordings (marked \u201cMine\u201d) are available for a specified time period while the Provider recordings may be for longer\/shorter periods at your service provider\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n<p>e.g. 50 Hrs \/ 30 days = 50 hours of personal recording storage in which recordings must be viewed within 30 days. Content older than 30 days will be automatically deleted.<\/p>\n<p>To change the total storage hours and days available to watch, contact your service provider for more information.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Help! I\u2019m running out of recording hours!<\/h3>\n<p>Check to see if any of your personal recordings are also available from your service provider. If so, these can be deleted to free up space. Alternatively, contact your service provider to inquire about increasing your storage space.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>How do I delete recordings?<\/h3>\n<p>To delete a single episode, select \u201cDelete Program\u201d. This action cannot be undone.<\/p>\n<p>To delete a series or future recordings the options are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Delete All Current Programs<\/strong> \u2013 removes all saved episodes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pause Future Recordings<\/strong> \u2013 pauses all future recordings<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete &amp; Stop All Recordings<\/strong> \u2013 removes all saved episodes and stops all future recordings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Note: these actions cannot be undone.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Can I delete Provider recordings?<\/h3>\n<p>Provider recordings cannot be deleted and, in any case, these recordings do not count toward your maximum allotted recording hours.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you can focus on your recordings by choosing the \u201cSaved by Me\u201d filter in the Saved tab.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>How long are my recordings saved?<\/h3>\n<p>Recordings are saved for X-number of days depending on your service plan e.g. 30 days or until deleted, whichever comes first.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Saved programs are stored in the cloud at the service provider\u2019s remote network location and are available for future enjoyment.
