How do I navigate through the Guide?<\/h3>\n

The Forward or Back arrows in the menu bar will move the time in half-hour increments.\u00a0 If using a device with a remote control, the Guide can be advanced or reversed by using the left\/right or REW\/FFWD buttons.<\/p>\n

The drop-down menus can also be used to easily view programming as far out as 2 weeks or within the last day.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

How is the Guide organized?<\/h3>\n

The Guide is separated into 4 categories:<\/p>\n

  • Expired<\/strong>: programming no longer available to watch<\/li>\n
  • Available<\/strong> (or GoBack): programming in the last 5 hours still available to watch<\/li>\n
  • Live<\/strong>: current programming<\/li>\n
  • Future<\/strong>: upcoming programming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How are channels sorted?<\/h3>\n

    By default, channels are sorted by your TV Service Provider, typically alphabetically. However, your Favorite channels will be listed first.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

    How do I add a channel to my list of Favorites?<\/h3>\n

    [vc_single_image image=”1012199″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Click on the channel logo to open the Channel Options window. From here you can add (or remove) a channel on your list.<\/p>\n

    On the Program Guide, Favorite channels are tagged with a heart and moved to the top of your channel line-up.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

    Is there an easy way to find a channel?<\/h3>\n

    • Restart Program<\/strong> \u2013 Watch from the beginning<\/li>\n
    • Add to\/Remove from Favs<\/strong> \u2013 Adds\/Removes channel from top of the guide<\/li>\n
    • Block\/Unblock Channel<\/strong> \u2013 Remove\/restore accessibility to view the channel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
